Next time you’re on your mat, root down through all 4 corners of your hands and feet. Create a strong foundation through whatever is in contact with the mat at all times and not only will you have a grounding practice but you will strengthen your hands/feet and retrain the brain as to how you distribute weight. win, win, win :)
